1. Return Eligibility

You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to return items. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • Original packaging and tags (if applicable) must be intact

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Items not meeting these conditions may not be accepted.

Important: Returns without prior authorization cannot be processed.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Check your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately for a resolution. We’ll provide a replacement or refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable products (e.g., food or beverages)

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or promotional items

5. Exchanges

To exchange an item:

6. International Orders – EU Customers

For orders shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, with the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Original packaging and proof of purchase required

This right is in addition to our standard 30-day policy.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
