A flat $6.99 shipping fee applies to all orders, no matter the location.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times vary based on your location and fulfillment center:

  • United States: 8–14 business days

  • Canada / UK / Australia: 10–16 business days

  • Other International Locations: 14–21 business days

Please note, busy seasons or customs processing may affect timing.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

Important:

  • Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to activate.

  • A delayed update does not mean your order is lost; it’s still on the way.

4. International Shipments & Customs

For international orders, shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means:

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or fees are your responsibility.

  • Aqwuszohβ„’ is not responsible for customs delays.

Regulations and fees vary by country, but they are typically minimal for small lifestyle items.

5. Changes or Cancellations

We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery.

If you need to change shipping details or cancel your order, contact us at service@pqroviken.com within 12 hours of purchase. Orders in processing cannot be modified or canceled.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Damaged Items:
If your package arrives damaged, send us a photo within 72 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement at no extra cost.

Lost in Transit:
If the carrier confirms your order is lost, Aqwuszohβ„’ will send a replacement free of charge.
